Holiday house in Pristine nature is called Virida. Lady Virida lived in our village in 14th century. She was one of the children of Bernabò Visconti and Beatrice Regina della Scala, she was known in history as the wife of Leopold III, Duke of Austria and the patron of the Stična Monastery. She spent the final years of her life at Pristava nad Stično.
Holiday house Virida is located in centre of the village near all 4 farms. It’s a house whit all the modern elements needed for accommodation and is only 2 minutes away from our Park, where you can walk, sit, play volleyball and football, or just enjoy the views. For your comfortable stay in our village, we offer products and produces from the entire village. Ask your hosts about this or look a price list in the house.
Our village is a great starting point for exploring the whole Slovenia. You need half an hour, to drive to our capital city Ljubljana, one hour to visit Postojna cave, where you can see the most magnificent worlds underground.
The third place to visit in Slovenia is definitely Bled and his lake. You must try their dessert, called “Kremna rezina” or in english Bled Cream Cake.
Forth place you can visit in Slovenia is Piran and salt pans. You will need one hour and forty minutes by car.
Welcome to our pristine natural embrace!
